"Strong Is The New Skinny"

This is one of my favorite saying when it comes to fitness because I feel stronger than I've ever felt in my life, and this is probably the least I've weighed as an adult!

For today's post I wouldn't be talking about fashion, but rather lifestyle. I’m really into working out, and challenging myself at the gym, but that has not always been the case for me. I used to always run as a form of exercising but I wouldn't weight train or try any other form of exercise because I used to have the misconception that I would become bulky if I lift. It was not until late February of 2018 I decided to change my mind, body and lifestyle. Here’s how..
