I spent the most part of summer 2018 in New York, But I also made sure I spent some time traveling outside the country. I visited London, England in August for the third time in my life. This trip was actually different from the first two visits, because I paid for my flight and expenses. It was also the first time I went as an adult, and I was able to enjoy the city by myself. Check out the places I visited below.
The London Eye
The Shard
The Tower bridge
The Buckingham Palace
Westminster Abbey
Streets of London Town
I was also luck enough to be in london during the yearly Notting Hill carnival. It was the longest walk of my life, I had so much fun with the crowd and loud music but I don’t think i'll be able to do it again. I must say, I’m glad I got to experience that carnival vibes at least once in my life.
I took more videos than photos on that day.
Places I will recommend:
Food: Hutong at the Shard, Nandos (for some good fast food)
Shopping: Oxford street, Coventry Garden Market, Westfield Stratford City
Nightlight: Soho, Fabric night club
Sightseeing: Bankside, South bank
Until next time,
