I'm not vegan, and I don't intend on being one. But sometimes I substitute chicken/beef for chickpeas (which is a plant based protein).
I wanted to do something different on this blog, and what better way to do so than sharing my meal prep videos with you. I sometimes post little videos on my Instagram story when I cook, so I decided to make a straight to the point video of how I prep for the week. I often do this on Sundays, that way I don't have to worry about cooking Monday through Friday.
I love to stay healthy, and the easiest way to do so is by eating home cooked meals. Therefore, I'm able to control what I eat. And I'm less likely to eat out (which by the way saves you a lot of money) You don't really have to be on a diet to meal prep, it's more of lifestyle for me and I enjoy doing it.
